My experience of coaching with Natalie has been truly invaluable to me – the breadth and depth of the skills and strategies we have worked on have undoubtedly contributed to my achievements and career progression in the last 18 months.

Our development of my practical skills and strategies around work management and prioritisation has lead to the creation of a lasting system that I actually have effectively used and maintained for well over a year. It also allows me to self monitor when I could be in danger of approaching a burn out – something which used to happen frequently, and hasn’t for some time now.

This is even more notable when it’s considered that 2/3 of our time working together was against the backdrop of my completing a Masters part time whilst working full time, as well as facing several personal challenges. I credit her coaching on emotional regulation, stress management and moving past mental roadblocks as the reason I was able to navigate this extremely stressful period without needing to take time off work, and has left me with skills and a self-belief I didn’t possess previously.

Our discussion and creation of strategies around career planning, self confidence and adaptability means that ‘the future’ is no longer a worrisome unknown, but something I feel prepared for and confident about.

While I will genuinely miss our sessions, I don’t feel like I am without support –  Natalie has helped me to reach a point where I am capable of self-coaching when I face new challenges or problems.

Most importantly, Natalie has helped me to reach a point where I am now much more accepting of my ADHD – I  have a much greater understanding of the strengths it brings me, and significantly more compassion toward myself for the weaknesses.
