As we’re approaching the end of our programme, I would like to tell you how grateful I am about the wonderful coaching support that I have received from Natalie. Her knowledge of HE has helped me putting things into different perspectives, very useful for self-reflection. I have also found her coaching style very pragmatic, collaborative and warm, making me feel empowered and confident in making key decisions. I would also like to point out that Natalie is very caring and approachable, these make it so easy for me to reach out for her support. I have started applying for a university-level leadership role around Oct and I can honestly say I would not have been able to make it to the interview process without her checking my application forms and guiding me through the process. Natalie is a great coach, and I hope future colleagues can benefit from her expertise.
